Linen.
Bed linen is provided, all beds have pillows and duvets with
cover, (this includes towels and tea towels). Children. A cot and high chair are available
upon request when booking. Cot linen is not provided. Number of Occupants. No accommodation may
be occupied by more than the maximum number stated against
each unit, except for children in cots as agreed at the time
of reservation. Care of Accommodation. The tenant agrees
to leave the property and surroundings in a clean and tidy
condition ready for next occupants with all refuse disposed
of in the sacks provided. Pets. We
are located in the middle of farming country and both farmers have
requested that we don't take dogs. No Smoking. We do not allow smoking, please
smoke outside any of the accommodations. Provisions. Shopping is a real treat in
Castle Douglas Food Town. Over 50 independent businesses
offer a tempting selection of the finest foods from near
and far. We also have a Co-op in Cotton St. and a new Tesco. Duration of Bookings. Holiday cottage rentals
are per week from 4.00pm Saturday to 10.00am the following
Saturday. Unless if the availability
chart determines the starting and stop day is a Friday Electricity
and linen is included. Breakages. Any breakages or damages to equipment
or furnishings must be reported to the owners and will be
charged for at replacement value. Deposits. A deposit (rate shown below) is
required upon booking. The balance is due without further
reminder at least 8 weeks before occupation. In the event
of cancellation, deposit and balance are non-returnable.
We strongly recommend that you effect cancellation insurance. Disclaimer. We will not accept
